Mr. Garcia: Thank You for
Mr. Garcia: Thank You for your work as my litigation attorney. I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank you for your legal representation and for serving as my lawyer. As you know around June / July of 2009 I was involved in a commercial business and contract dispute concerning a construction project, subcontractors and some real estate in the Travis County area and the dispute evolved into a state court civil litigation matter. I am very pleased with your legal representation and appreciate that you not only frequently update me and keep me appraised of developments in the case, but I also greatly value your advice and insight into the legal process as the case proceeds to trial during the first half of 2010. Again, thanks for all of your hard work on my case. Best Regards, Simon Wallace Austin, Texas November 14, 2009
